Good to know before you book.
How much space and power do you need?
A level, accessible spot for each rental and access to a standard power outlet. Please make sure your venue approves the setup and give us a day-of contact person.
Do you provide the beer or bartenders?
Ladder 419 and Draught Jeep 419 come with taps, cooling and up to 200 cups. Kegs and bartenders are not included unless we agree in writing, and we're happy to connect you with a local brewery for kegs. Kegs need to arrive cold within 30 minutes of our setup.
Who handles alcohol permits and service?
You do. The renter must be 21+ with valid ID and is responsible for following all alcohol laws, permits and responsible service at the event.
How do I lock in my date?
Check your date, sign the rental agreement online and pay the non-refundable deposit: $250 for Snappy Camper, $200 for Ladder 419 or Draught Jeep 419, or $450 for The Whole Crew. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing, and there are no refunds for events canceled within one week of the date. One date change is allowed with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Sylvania and serve Toledo and all of Northwest Ohio, and we've traveled into Michigan and Indiana. Travel beyond 30 miles is $1.50 per mile.
What if the weather turns bad?
For outdoor events, please have a covered backup spot. Equipment may be paused or moved for rain, high wind, lightning or extreme heat.
Do nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations get 15% off photo booth packages.
